and rules for using images published in this website Test and pictures published here are copyright by Dario Bonazza and are protected by the copyright laws. Publication by any technology is forbidden unless you get written permission by the copyrighter. All
pictures published here have been taken by the author either in public
places where shooting was not forbidden (e.g. landscapes, cities, sport
events, shows), or in private places with written release by portrayed
subjects (e.g. models). According to laws in force, all images are
photographer’s copyright, and can be used by the author at his own
discretion. Any right by the depicted subjects, or by any other party, is
not acknowledged by the copyrighter (except specific agreements). Further
to above, the following is mandatory: Anybody
wishing to download text/images for his/her own strict personal use is allowed
to do so, with no obligation toward the author. Any appreciation/criticism
will always be welcome though. Anybody
wishing to link his/her website to these pages is allowed to do so,
However, I’ll ask your courtesy in acknowledging me. It is requested you
only link my complete pages, not the single full-res pictures. This is
because the one who’ll see the pictures must understand he/she has
reached the author’s website. It is mandatory for anybody wishing to use copies of text/images in his/her own publications of any kind (websites, electronic media, printed matter, etc.), to ask author’s authorization, explaining clearly the planned use. Copyrighter’s authorization is limited to the requested use (e.g. if you ask to publish some pictures in a give websites, you cannot publish them elsewhere or use them for other purposes). Generally speaking, the photographer is happy to give such kind of permission, but any case will be evaluated. If requested, and at his own discretion, the copyrighter can also supply high-resolution images and/or further images from the same report. If the pictures are used without fees for the copyrighter, the user must keep the copyright indications on all images. In this case, it is requested to send the copyrighter at least one copy of the publication (magazine, book, poster, CD-ROM, etc.) where the supplied images have been used. For business use (e.g. advertising) and when the copyrighter is requested to do additional work (e.g. image optimization and/or retouching), the copyrighter could ask some remuneration. |
